Faulkner County Court Orders

While most of the business in Faulkner County is documented somewhere on the County’s website, you may not know that the County Judge, as the executive branch of County government, conducts certain activities via signed Court Orders.

Those documents are recorded in the County Clerk’s office but are not available to the public on the County website.

So, even though a review of these public records/Court Orders shows a significant number of payments for road work and other issues of interest, this part of County business is not readily available to County taxpayers.

Court Orders from 2015

As a part of our ongoing government transparency project, FCR began requesting Court Orders via FOIA in 2021, first asking for Court Orders signed since County Judge Jim Baker took office in 2015. We will continue updating this repository of Court Orders via our FOI requests on a monthly basis.

You may want to bookmark this page because all the County’s Court Orders — .PDF files — are here, separated by year.
